Internet providers accepting to host EU.org domains

The following providers accept to host independent domains in EU.org for their dialup clients.

Before contacting them, bear in mind that:

This has nothing to do with Web-hosting! This cannot be overemphasized. See the difference between domain names and URLs;
Not all of them are "general-purpose" providers: they may restrict their service to particular classes of users.

Here is the list of providers. They are listed by alphabetic order. All of them are currently located in France.
